By using XPByte ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. XPByte is operated from the Netherlands and subject to Dutch and EU law.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

2. Workshops & Payments

Workshop prices vary and are displayed at booking. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Refund policies apply per individual workshop.

3. Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of code you write during workshops. You agree not to disrupt sessions or abuse the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

XPByte is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
